  • Our prices are for a private room and kitchenette. The bathroom and entrance is shared with one person.

    Rent incl. Heating, electricity and water: 5.883 DKK

    Students from Denmark and EU are entitled to housing benefits.
    The amount is approximately 700-800 DKK. The exact amount is calculated individually. Read more right here.

  • Deposit: 17.649 DKK (3 x rent)

    Prepaid rent*: 5.883 DKK (1 x rent)

    In total: 23.532 DKK *

    The prepaid rent covers your last month's rent in your three months termination period.

  • Yes, but please note that when you make an international transfer, the Danish bank charges a fee in order to receive the transfer even though your own bank might not. That fee is approximately DKK 50. If you would like to avoid the bank fee, you can use a service like TransferWise to transfer rent. Please note that this service might charge a fee.

    Your apartment might be slightly different, mirrored, with another view, another window design etc. The roomies each have a private room with a small kitchenette and share an entrance and a bathroom. Remember to check out the measuring feature!

  • We recommend that you take time to read the Village Handbook thoroughly before moving in. Read carefully through Village Cleaning System, Quiet Hours and The Village Community. In the Village Handbook you'll find information about the rules and regulations of CPH Village as well as guidelines for the community and shared areas. https://www.cphvillage.com/the-village-handbook.

    Along with professional cleaning, all villagers are expected to take part in the Villager Cleaning System, no matter how often a villager uses the shared spaces. The cleaning day(s) and cleaning tasks are listed in the community kitchen(s) and are estimated to a maximum of one hour.

  • The Community Space(s) of CPH Village has a wireless internet connection. The password can be found in the Community Space and in the CPH Village app. There is no internet connection in the apartments. Many villagers use a wireless router and share the expenses with a roomie.

  • We try to make our Villages a place where you can meet people from all walks of life. That is why we choose new villagers based on student background and interests. Not just your number on the list. We really want to get to know you in your application!
